Campus Wellness is helping students THRIVE by hosting a free virtual cooking skills workshop. Fueling your body with nutritious food can help support better mental health. Come build your confidence in the kitchen, learn new skills, tips and tricks on how to create a nutritious and budget-friendly meal (mac and cheese!).
We provide the ingredients for free and you follow along from your own kitchen over Zoom.
Date and time: Thursday, November 24 from 6-8pm
Registration: Registration for this event is on a first come, first serve basis. Interested students can come to Picnic (UNC 122) on November 24th, 2022 between 2-5pm. Participants will be given an ingredient package and provided with the Zoom link. You will then follow along step by step from the comfort of your own kitchen!
